神通硝子製作所とタニデザインのコラボレーション作品を通じ、工芸品の魅力を再発信する企画から生まれた「切子ガラス丸皿2点セット」です。

神通硝子製作所の特徴的なモザイク柄ガラスは美しい器に盛り付けると、お料理も美味しくみえ、ご飯が楽しくなります。

一点一点が手作りのため、工場生産品のように同じものは制作できません。

製品には必ず個体差が発生いたしますが、手作りの良さとお考えいただきますよう、何卒ご理解のほど宜しくお願い致します。

【納期】

完全受注生産制のため、納期までお時間を頂戴いたします。納期は6ヶ月〜12ヶ月ですが、お問い合わせいただければおおよその納期は回答させていただきます。

【製法】
神通硝子製作所では「キルンワーク」という、電気窯を用いた技法でガラス制作を行っています。

「キルンワーク」はガラスを並べてることによって模様を作り、ガラスとガラスの間は粉ガラスを埋めたうえで窯で溶着する技法です。
溶着後も削り～磨き～カット～成形(再度の窯入れ)とたくさんの工数があるため、手間のかかる技法ですが、個性的な雰囲気を表現することができます。

Since each item is handmade, it is not possible to produce the same item as a factory-produced item.

[Delivery date] Due to the complete build-to-order manufacturing system, it will take some time before delivery. The delivery time is 6 to 12 months, but if you contact us, we will reply to you with an approximate delivery time.

[Manufacturing method] Jinzuu Glass Mfg. Co., Ltd.

manufactures glass using a technique called "kiln work" that uses an electric kiln. "Kilnwork" is a technique in which a pattern is created by arranging glass, and powdered glass is buried between the glass and then welded in a kiln.

Even after welding, it takes a lot of man-hours such as shaving, polishing, cutting, and molding (re-kiln insertion), so it is a laborious technique, but it can express a unique atmosphere.
